Values and principles:

Clarity. Wisdom. Emptiness. Remember the primacy of experience - you are a human being - being human, not a human doing, human earning, human thinking, human grasping, human gaining, human figuring out. All of those come after, obsessing over them to the point of losing yourself completely is dangerous and could be fatal - never waking up from that dream ever - Disneyland without children already happens at scale, we are on a trajectory to get extinct as sentient beings. Let's preserve what is of value in the process of the transhumanist transition.

Even today, contemporary society has strong currents that could easily undermine attention and awareness. So maintaining cognitive sovereignty is really important, protecting attention in the economy of attention. You are what you attend to. Which strong attractors posses you? Which gods do you worship? Beware of the ever Skepticism of grand narratives and narrative capture.

Genuineness - honesty, being real - You cannot cheat god/wisdom. Deep down, everything is known. Self-honesty is the bedrock. At some level Cheating others is cheating yourself, there is a deep part of you that does not distinguish cheating others from cheating yourself, you could easily lose the plot by misrepresenting truth/values for others.

Rationality/meta-rationality - Making sense, Intellectual honesty, Intellectual humility, Epistemic groundedness.

Learning/Growth mindset/always a beginner.

Agency & Responsibility - internal locus of control

Self-authorship -

Deep sanity, groundedness, stability of attention, solitude.

Compassion, Loving-kindness, Benevolence, Warmth, Care, Consideredness

Humility, Humbleness, Faith in others, Faith in others, Faith in others.

Radical inquiry, radical skepticism, questioning narratives, beware social hijacking, get back to first principles, drop the frameworks, stay with don't know.

Equanimity - it is what it is. Radical acceptance. Complete embrace.

What is true is already so. Owning up to it doesn't make it worse. Not being open about it doesn't make it go away. And because it's true, it is what is there to be interacted with. Anything untrue isn't there to be lived. People can stand what is true, for they are already enduring it.”

Gendlin, Focusing 1978

Non-striving - let go, give up the battle. Nothing to figure out. Just this is enough.

Reverence, opennness, connectedness to life, presence, hereness, and nowness, wonder and awe.

Curiosity, open-ended exploration, seeking, tinkering, playing, fucking around and finding out.

Intrinsic worth.

Gratitude, for being alive, healthy, safe, belonging, having enough, civilization, wisdom and knowledge traditions.
